I didn't have any before pictures, but I had been looking through some pics of me from almost a year ago, and I still have the same shirt, so I threw it on and took a couple of pics.

    It's a 24 pound difference in 7 months.

Started at 6'3.5" and 165, current photos are 189-190. I'm still a little small, but it's gonna take a while to totally fill out my frame. Still going at it as best I can, and hope to continue growing.

probably, but I don't give a fuck. I don't think I'm doing badly considering I looked borderline anorexic before :dunno:

My chest is actually one of my better parts, the picture doesn't show it at all though.

I'm working out 4-5 times a week, with moderate intensity. Although I do at least one day where I go balls to the wall with either heavy deadlifts or squats though.

Yeah, eating made the biggest difference for me.

I was eating 4000 cals/day, but now I'm trying to lean out a bit, so I'm eating about 3500 clean.

I'm working on leaning out right now, it's hard to gain 24 pounds in half a year without gaining a bit of fat as well. I still wouldn't peg myself much higher than 12% though. Those pictures at pretty terrible.

Yea definitely work on leaning out. I was never much for strength if i looked bad, so therefore my weight never really mattered. I need to get my hands on a camera so i can start my log already. btw 6'6 220 so im still relatively skinny
