    Does anyone see any progress at all? truthfully...

    i wont tell you how much time inbetween, my weight in either pic or what is before/after...

    even tho there is a small difference...

    6-months?? You went from tan to pale. If you're getting stronger across the board, something is going on so don't worry.

    That probably means it's a long time. If you haven't gained weight, you're just not eating enough. That's it. Training will help you make sure that the added weight is mostly muscle but it can't create muscle from nothing.

    edit: plus i was sorta skinny fat...now im just skinny..which is why im currently bulking till the summer.
