Progress??

    I have been doing cardio/weight training. I have been on an exercise routine for about 4 month's now and have seen some progress. On average how many months should I see progress? or the next time I will see change? Sorry no pics, no cam. :x:Maybe for Christmas!

    i think for starters, newbie gains are dramatic.
    after a year or so, it still increases, but not as noticeable as you did when you first started.

    i would guess 2-3 months at a time:dunno:
