if you have really put on 30 pounds of lbm and lost 6% bf in 5 months, I don't see why you would change anything

What does fat mass have anything to do with gaining LBM?

    Nothing.

However ronnie is about at the peak of what the human body can achieve. It makes sense that he struggles to put on 5 pounds of lean mass a year.

Searcher, how was your BF% measured? Anything other than a dunk tank will be inaccurate at your bodyfat levels.

It was a mix of things. From VO2 max results, weight, 7 site caliper test.

I have posted pics on here before I have a back shot I can get loaded up after I get back from Colorado.....

The only thing I am considering changing is my reps......I am going to take them upto 10reps from 6 with slightly less weight......

Girl Next Door---I gave you an open invitation to workout together at Lifetime Fitness in Sugarland......lemme know and I will get you in for free if you aren't a member........

My goal by the end of November is to be around 275-280 with 20% body fat and 230-235 lean mass.......

My end result goal is to look similar to The Rock since I am 6'4......He is the closest body type.......
