    I know the logs forum exists, but I figured this would be a better way to see everyones results so far.

    First day of lifting was april 2nd, today's pic is july 21 (110 days in roughly)

    I know the pics are diff position and cam (one was with imac, recent one is with new camera)

    Gains aren't too bad, I'd like to bulk more but its tough due to the amount of cardio training I do for soccer...

    I see a lot more definition.

    And by definition, I mean picture quality.

    Yea just got a camera ( was shooting with imac).

    Of course I'm open to opinions, but also just want to see how everyones progress is / keep everyone updated with their training

    good progress to wolf in his av guy and erik.

    Erik, arms looking good bro, nice work.
    Wolf in his av guy (i'm too lazy to scroll up and check your name)
    i see improvement in your chest for sure, and the traps look better. Don't see much in the arms or shoulders. Actually looks like your abs have more definition too!! could just be the better camera tho.

    Thanks. I agree with you. I'm finding it really hard to add mass to my biceps (doing good mass building exercises like straigh bar curls, alt db curls etc). Biceps have definitely gotten stronger though although they don't look all that large...

    my brocepts don't cooperate. no matter what i do they say, thanks but no thanks, we like being small. (i should also note that my triceps are part of the problem too, not part of the solution).

    Yeah my triceps and biceps have gotten stronger but like I said haven't grown all that much...I can curl 40's now whereas I could barely get 30's up when I started...tricep pushdowns I'm easily doing 70-80 for 12-15 reps

    Back in early '07. I was about 140 then. Now pushing 170.
