    Soo. I was inspired b/c Timber and evo always put up pics... Anyways, after about 6 months-1 year of Pur's routine (I started his diet last month).

    My goal was a CLEAN SLOW BULK. Bulking/Cutting at the SAME TIME to see if it was possible. Thanks for the motivation along the way OT!!! :)

    Edit: Currently 5'8.5" and bouncing between 165-170 lb...

    To be honest, I didn't really eat that clean throughout the process, and not much cardio. I eyeballed Pur's diet and thought of fast food equivalents. My main thing was always get my 6 eggs for breakfast, 2 cans of tuna for lunch, and 3-4 scoops of whey a day. Other than that, I would eat plain McChickens after workouts sometimes... I get pretty effing hungry.

    Looks like the diet is working. Don't really see an increase in LBM

    I wish i could have had that kinda results after 6 months. However, you've started as a much leaner ~160 then i was.

    you're a little closer to the camera and you've got a tan in the new pic, but you've still got good gains. good abs, and obliques. pretty lean.

    fantastic job man.

    Probably just the pics... I went from a good 155-160 -> 165-170.

    good work. looks like you got bigger and leaner. (hard to say on bigger, b/c you are closer to the camera, but you are definitely leaner, so if you weigh more than its gotta be MORE MUSCLE.)

    nice progress.

    but.. I've concluded your squats are high based on your deadlift. Figured I'd let you know, honesty is the best remedy.

    Maybe that's ok then. Generally, if someone out squats (raw) their raw deadlift that mostly means either:

    They are squatting high
    They are new to deadlifting
    They are really fat and have a big stomach and it helps the squat while hurting the deadlift.

    Yeaaa... i was about to say, b/c I learned to squat A2G from OT a while ago. I try not to make excuses for myself or anything but I know for sure I don't squat high...

    Don't think I'll be that much stronger by next meet, but I do have the more immediate long term (w/in 6mo-1yr) in mind in my goals of S/D 405. I'm really thinking of doing Starting Strength, come Sept...

    Doesn't riding affect your lifts? My hips feel like shit after a day of riding + skidding...
