    I started christophers routine a couple weeks ago and decided to make a spreadsheet to track my progress, thought some others here might find it useful. Basically, you enter reps/weight for each exercise. The sheet keeps track of 4 weeks worth of data. It also has a statistics page, which tells you your weekly/4week average and maximum for each exercise, in chart and graph form.
