    I'm bulking i'm going to also start going for 3 mile jogs. I'm just happy because i'm actually at the gym and working out. I'm following MAX-OT and i'm eating tons of healthy things. Any feedback is welcomed.

    You shouldn't be running. You should be stopping at every McDonalds you pass and eating 3 value meals. You should be at the gym lifting weights as heavy as you possibly can go. Look in the archives for christopher's routine.

    I'm tryin man i'll get there in a couple months or years. I'm just starting but Now i know what i gotta lift harder on. I get a car tomm so i will be able to go to the gym instead of this ittle ghetto weight lifting room I have in my dorm.

    That's his rib cage. For whatever reason his lats are basically non-existant. The reason it looks strange to you and I is that most ordinary guys would have some decent mass to our lats since we use them for a lot of ordinary movements. Use it or lose it. And it doesn't look like he's been using them much. :hs:

    the best exercises you can do can be done with a barbell and some plates. Deadlifts, squats, cleans, bent over rows, curls. You can do just about every exercise needed with just a stupid bar.

    If you want to work on your back start doing pullups. You probably wont be able to do many, or any at all. Just do as many as you can and you will eventually be able to do more.

    EAT big and lift HEAVY(but with proper form, check your ego at the door before you start lifting), and READ

    its because hit arms are pulled back it looks like. thats why they look shorter too.

    good job tho man for getting back to the gym and into working out. stick with it and goodluck.

    nah man, he's made some progress, looks like he's lost a little weight and maybe some muscle. Keep eating and working out, just gotta get into a good routine of things

    thanks bro i got a new routine going plus supplements. I spend an average of 2 hours in the gym a night. I got tired of being skinny.

    I'll tell you what they told me, cut your exercises to the basic movements, don't do too much, and if you are spending 2 hours in the gym chances are you are overtraining. cut it back to 45 minutes to an hour. everyone says to do christophers routine for a good base. you should search for that.

    eat big + lift big = getting big

    New pic ftw. Every time i looked in the mirrior i was liek WTF. New pics showed that its not as bad-- but still bad.
