    BETTER PICS ON PAGE 2

    I don't feel like I've made much progress at all. I have a hard time looking at myself objectively though ... so feel free to comment on the areas you see that need a lot of work (waiting for "whole body, test and milk time"). Know I look pretty bad :hs:

    The first picture (of the ones with three) is from august. The second is from september, and the final is from tonight. In the first picture I was 13.9 bf @ 141. Currently I'm about 11.7 @ 153. My legs seemed to have a lot bigger

    My goals are almost entirely aesthetic. I love hitting new pr's, but it is secondary to how i look.

    abs are wider, traps are bigger. Whats the problem? You gained weight and lost BF? Keep at it...

    Waist is thicker, but almost leaner. Upper chest a bit thicker. Arms look bigger (Could be the pose). Look a little denser overall.

    yes 3 weeks of m-drol from competitive labs. I dropped down to 10.7 @ 155and strength went up. I also started eating like I should have been and stopped drinking for about 2 months, so I like to think that is what really made the difference. My bench pr is higher than it was then too so :dunno:

    I am kind of bummed because I thought I was making some rather visible progress until late november when I got really sick for a few weeks. Sucks when the pictures from last month look better than now!

    Im never able to capture the pictures of the guy I see in the mirror at the gym. I am satisfied with my gains and I am sure you are probably satisfied with your gains as well.

    Really, at the end of the day, are you upset with the outcome of the photos or numbers? Or are you upset with how you look and expected to look much different...

    I can see my body changing from month to month and that is what makes me get my fat ass to the gym, day after day.

    Drop the camera, measuring tape and stop stepping on the scale. Its who you see in the mirror that counts. Not the photos or the number.

    PS.
    Dont take those shitty ass designer hormones. They are a waste of money.
    You are better off sticking with NO hormones or the real shit.
    Bottom line, if the designer hormones actually worked as advertised, they would be illegal.
