Progress pictures v. be gentle

    6 month progress pictures, only missed a week in there once because I had a bad breakup and I was weeping like a vagina. Pretty much a bulk, I ate 4000 cals a day for the most part and got 200+ grams of protein most of the time. Supplements used: whey protein, creatine, fish oil. Used Pur's routine almost verbatim, you can check my log for exactly what I was doing.

    The light in the after pictures isn't as flattering because I had turned the flash off on the before pics for maximum flatterage. No pictors of the wheels because I don't have before pics of them. They have improved a lot but hopefully here in another 6 months they will be impressive and I'll post pics. :cool:

    I'm 5'11 BTW

    Now I'm going to try to cut down to ~180 and see how that goes. Bad time to cut but I'm tired of being fat :o

    I think I look leaner too but I have no idea how that would have happened. :rofl:

    I want the nice abs again. I plan on cutting for 2 months and trying to lose like 10-15 in actuality.

    new muscle pushing the fat around would be my guess. looking good though. don't really need to cut. you can see the outline of your abs practically. keep puttin it on.

    btw, why did you black out your face in the 2nd set when its clearly visible in the first set?

    if it's possible I think I looked goofier in the second set so I just blocked out my face. I'm happy with my progress so far, thanks for the compliment!

    Nice work there hommie, one of few progress pics on this forum that shows progress! Keep it up you got a good build, lots of potential.

    I will, I wanted a benchmark before I cut for a while to see the difference so I took these and thought I'd post them.

    definitely would not cut.

    at least maintain 206 for 30 days.

    Yea definitely don't go straight from a bulk to a cut. And you said you want to lose 10-15 pounds in 2 months...too much too fast.

    I've pretty much been maintaining for a while now. I got up to 210+ for a little while and dropped down to 198 after I'd been like 208... I don't really track my diet too well I just make sure i eat constantly and get enough protein and make sure my PWO and Pre-WO nutrition is spot on so I can do well during the workouts.

    I read that 2 pounds a week is the absolute max amount of fat you should lose and I'm going to shoot for that while keeping an eye on my lifts. If my lifts start suffering I'm going to up the calories till they stop going down. Back before I even knew what i was doing I cut from 190->165 while gaining muscle like 2 years ago on probably less that 100g of protein a day :hs:

    Wish me luck guys, I'm a vain MFer so when I don't have a ripped torso it really bothers me. My before pictures are the result of heavy drinking for 2+ years while not working out and having a girlfriend that was trying to make me fat :rofl:
