just went through photo album other day, take a look: july 2005 first bulk ever: 150lb july 2006 first cut:132 today: guess my wieght thoughts? comments? in 2005, i was lifting 4 days a week consistant, great time in my life. 2006, diet got in check, getting shingles helped my summer cut. graduated school, into med school, no time to lift. this year, i can bearly get into the gym 2 times a week, but diet is on point.
