    I've been lifting for just over 4 months now, and finally got my cable to my camera to upload some pictures. The first picture is from just under 1 month after starting to lift.

    I'll get other shots of back/wheels tomorrow.

    Weight from 174ish to 193ish.

    Can I get some comments/suggestions on the progress or lack thereof?

    Hard to say. To me it doesn't look like you've made a lot of progress. The lighting and angle of the new pics make you look more muscular but you look about the same ionce you factor that out, maybe a little less bodyfat and a tiny bit more muscle.

    What looks to have improved noticeably is your traps and delts. They look much better in pic 2

    I guess it doesn't look like i've done a whole lot...but there's about a 20lb difference, and my #'s have went up a lot...

    it's only 3 months time between pictures, right? That looks like good progress for that amount of time.

    lookin like ur doing good. dont worry about it too much. i see some progress. lighting is kinda shitty overall to judge progress.
