    lifting about 10 months
    bench 225
    squat 185 (horrible I know but I go ass to the ground)
    dead 205 (just started back last week)

    i lost about 35-40lbs and dropped 5" off my waist

    here are the shitty pics

    now i need to know what to do... bulk or cut? Right now I'm just lifting and watching my calories and what i eat. That's about it.

    just focus on going to the gym consistently, and going balls out on all your lifts. Do not worry about the little details until you build up more muscle.

    Lift hard and do compound movements. Bulk but do it clean.

    i've always been doing incline and decline (especially). I just dont think my pec will develop that lower lift to it. :(

    incline 175
    decline 205

    I do mainly progressively heavier sets 135 X 8,155 X 8,175 X 7,205 X 5,225 X 1


    what are some common and good foods for a clean bulk?

    Hit decline with dbs then do a set on the decline iso machine. You can do some decline flys and decline crossover cables as well. I dont do barbell decline because I dont get results, it hits my mid chest and tris too much.

    just work hard....you just need to spend some time in there man. It is invaluable as far as learning about your body. also read as much as you can about nutrition and strength training "Supertraining" by Mel Siff is an awesome book.
