    Thought I'd start the thread before I left so I'll just have to add the pictures this afternoon.

    Sorry, desk changed, couldn't get the webcamera at the same angle, had to move back to fit into the smaller picture because the quality was as bad as the first time at that size.

    That's what I wanted to hear. I've been working on heavy single-arm dumbell rows alot, and just started with pullups and heavy rows recently. My back was my main target.

    Sorry about the garbage pictures, doing what I can with a webcam. What should I work on more?
