legs suck. I am working hard on getting my calves to grow but I was gifted w/ shitty genetics. In the very least all this bike riding (fixed gear) I am doing is at least making them stronger

looking good broly, you have the same exact build as me pretty much shoulders traps arms etc... except i have one layer of fat blocking my 8 pack
is your diet posted in your log? if not post it please - i have such a similar physique to you minus the thin layer of fat over mah abs.
Naw man, I am really not concrete on my diet or even my training. It's not that I'm lazy, but I'm following this whole "lift fucking weights" thing w/o reading too much into it. I do whatever my body feels like, no set-in-stone sets or anything like that. I tend to follow a 5x5 but it never is. It can vary anywhere from 4x12 to 10x,10x, 8x, 6x, 6x, 5x, whatever whatever.
I think today I did rows like 10x, 12x, 10x, 8x, 5x, 5x, 5x 5x, 10x.
Diet I just eat meat, chicken, protein shakes, carbs (simple shit.)
rice, got some bars but those are rare, pb when i dont see my gf

lookin good...if anything id say to focus on the shoulders, in my perspective they seem to be MILDLY behind.

You're looking good, and the lats are looking much better than before.
I would say to hit the shoulders, arms and chest more so they can fill out in accordance to your back/traps.
