So I did a lot of full body workouts last Spring basically not knowing what I was doing and then found this forum and ultimately F&N. Armed with all the knowledge and advice from here I was much better equipped this time through as I started working out again seriously since my March-May stint. I wish I had 'Before' pictures, but unfortunately I do not. I started working out again August 2007 with a little time off over the Winter Break (school gym was closed for 2 weeks). Followed the workout routine stickied at the top except the Arms routine is a little different (forced negative curls, reverse grip curls, twenty-ones, weighted dips, close grip bench, etc.). Been following the diet closely as well, I can't not drink water wherever I go and love tuna now. I'm about to turn 21 in 4 days, height is about 5'7", weight is 155-160 lbs, shitty BF% hand held meter at the school gym clocks me at around 7.5-8%, but I rely on the mirror more. Supplements include multi, vitamin C, and two fish oil with 952 Omega-3 each daily. Currently on Green Bulge and White Blood and will try out Pure CEE and Beta-Alanine from Anafit next. Also <3 ON Double Rich Chocolate. Wanted to see if you guys could offer any advice on what I should work on more or try out differently. Thanks again F&N!
