    Good rear double bicep.

5th pic. Put your hands on your hips and you will get a bigger spread on your back.

fuck ya 6'4" checking in here. Glad to see some taller guys getting ripped too. I weigh in at 177, but when I get some more meat I'll post up too. Right now I'm pretty pathetic. I did start at 150 though. Keep up the badass work bro.

damn i had my jaw wired shut for over a month and i hit rock bottom at 155, i can't imagine having been that weight. I'm currently at 195lbs (6' 3.5") and i look annorexic with my clothes on... with them off i just look like a skinnyfat lifting noob (which is what i am).

thanks man. I edited in some links to recent progress. Im not even sure i want to link anything older ;)

What you see there is like ~7 years of training, at LEAST 5 of those relatively seriously, though drunkenly. some snowboarding injuries held me back quite a bit though. I was your typical skinny 6'4 165# lanky kid by the end of highschool.

yeah i used to say 6'4" because I just found it easier to round up... sometimes I feel like being more specific when i'm talking to taller people just for better understanding. ZOMG!!!!!!! LEIK WOA!

Yeah...you want width, well everything...I think your elbows and shoulders should all be on one plane. At least that's how I was told.

    Good work.

yup it's pretty weird. I look at high school pictures and im like damn I'm a skeleton and I'm still one. Either way just gotta keep at it. Can't gain 50lbs in a month or a year. My metabolism is fucking crazy though. I eat like no other and it takes it all no matter what. Once it starts slowing down Im sure itll get easier.
