    On bulk until January. 5'6" @ 156-160. 14%bf (measured it today but don't really know how accurate it is..looks about right.) I only have been bulking the past 2 weeks and have seemed to gain at least 6 pounds. It's hard to tell w/ the water weight and all.

    it doesn't look like you gained all too much fat. How much weight is in between the two pictures?

    i personally wouldnt keep bulking, but i wouldnt cut either... maybe just start eating a little better and not as much, turn some of that fat into muscle while still gaining weight

    no. not to start an argument but steveo is still wrong.

    he's been BULKING for 2 weeks, the other time could be maintaining, cutting, or not being in the gym at all, who knows. the only time he has been actually eating with gaining muscle in mind has been 2 weeks.

    he obviously wasn't cutting unless it was a very unsucessful one. Who maintains, seriously? What's the point of just letting your body sit in a state of doing nothing? It's either lose body fat or gain muscle.

    you guys are fucking retarded. he has lost a lot of bf and seems to have gotten a little bigger. He has only been bulking 2 weeks. Knucks, you are doing fine, keep it up.

    Not by a lot, but yeah, they have:

    benchpress 185x3
    deadlift 285x3
    squat 250x3

    I'm sure my 1x is much higher, but I don't care much for it
