Progress Pics v 4 Weeks

    Here are some progress pics I wanted to show to you guys ever since I have been ghostin the F&N forum. I have a goal to get bigger and stronger(160-180LBs). I started at 133 and now am at 146. I am 5"11.

    Currently Big 3:
    Squat - 145 5RM
    Deadlift - 295 5RM
    Squat - 225 5RM

    yea it looks like he's just flexing harder in the second pic. and that doesn't look like the body of a 5'11 guy at 140lbs.

    AHH I didn't notice I that, I guess I posted the pics I just took instead of the right ones. I took alot of pics and prob got it mixed up. I will put the one I took 4 weeks ago tonight. I am 146 and I can take a pic of the scale and pic of height if you want. I'll even make a vid of the deadlift if you want. The Dr. Pepper/Sodas are my bros. I do not drink soda. The calender is to cover a hole in the wall, it's never messed with and is just there. The 145 in my big 3 is bench, sorry.

    Edit: I have alot of pics and just didn't know which was which, they all look very similiar to me. Honest mistake.

    I am still searching for the pic, but I snapped a pic of the hole in the wall.

    In reality though, that is how I looked 4 weeks ago and the after is how I look now.
    The before is a pic of me not flexing, after is. I am on creatine and whey doing cristophers routine.

    Yes I did play national semi-pro/novice paintball for about 3 months ago but quit to get big. Did not see paintball taking me anywhere.
