progress pics (sorta) and question about body fat

    So I'm around 155 lbs now, and am not really sure what body fat % I am. I know that calipers are the best bet but... well don't really know where to get tested thats close by. Just based on the pictures, what body fat % does it look like I am?

    you look way bigger than 155, but that's probably bc you looked way taller that 5'7 in that first pic :o

    You are like nearly my exact build(5'9" 159), how long have you been training for? I'm about 11%, id say you are about 11%, 10 on a good day.

    That's 10-12%? Seriously? The reason I say that is I'm leaner then that and got pinched the other day at 15%. 15% sounded a bit high to me because you can clearly see my top 4 abs and the bottom two show up when flexed.

    some people keep there fat in different places. If the pinch test was a standard 4 point (bicep, tricep, subscap, and illiac crest) then it may be off one or two percent...for example...if you go anywhere near my midsection, I look about 12%, but anywhere above the waist (bi, tri, subscap) it's closer to 9%. My upper body and thighs look cut, but I still retain most of my BF in the waist area.

    also remember that the individual taking the measurments can screw it up pretty easily.

    ive been lifting since freshman year high school, im a 1st year graduate student now... and no "before" pictures but I want to gain like 10-15 more lbs (and be shredded)

    I've been lifting the whole time, I also wrestled for 2 years in hs and have been doing brazilian jiu jitsu for the last 5 years
