    Sorry for the double shots of certain pics, i tried to post up different shots to make sure some pics weren't angled or anything to give me an edge.

    Criticism is welcome, and comments about anything and everything i need to work on is what are welcome, and are what i'm looking for the most.

    I realize i'm not the best poser (and a shitty 1.8 megapixel camera phone was used) but it's the best i could do.

    I have been working out since last year ( took up weight training in school but hated it for the 5 months...did absolute nothing in there..for reference, at the beggining of the year, in september, i could bench 105lbs and squat 115, in late december when we maxed for the first time, i could bench 115 and squat 135..i literally did nothing). I started getting more serious around january. Didn't work out Most of july and at all during august as i was on vacation, and there literally was no gym (i am not joking, the closest one would be an hour away). Started up again this september (when the first shot was taken).

    I'm not too strong..stats now are:

    height - 5'6-5'7

    Bench - 205lbs
    Deadlift - 275lbs
    Squat - no idea..havent done squat since my last workout in july, almost a year ago, just toyed around with them a few times in the past month...visited a doctor during the summer and he told me my posture was pretty fucked up and i needed to lay of any exercise that put a lot of pressure on my back for a while, and get routine special massages often...and i still only did deadlifts a handfull of times...last time i maxed squat was last july, and i could get 280. I still do leg press, extensions, curls, and lunges for legs, and i might visit another doctor to varify the whole squat/posture/back issue..

    I've started doing db bench presses a lot more, and i can incline 75s for 9 reps..probably more. ive alsto started preexhausting with flys (4 sets of 15, as mentioned in purs routine). yes, i go down low on db bench press, and i use the proper incline. Ill start mixing up db and bb a lot more often.

    i think the chest could use some work but everything overall looks solid. you got some pretty awesome numbers for your weight. is that bench b2c?

    just above 160. I have been maintaining at 155-157 for probably 9 months (minus a month where I cut to 148), but last monday I freaked out and decided to eat. so now I am. :rofl:

    been hitting up the tanning place probably 4 times a week. I work too much to go outside during the week :wtc:

    edit - freakout occurred after somebody measured me and I was 5'9" and not the 5'10" i've always "assumed" :rofl: I don't know why that set me off

    Must be from the squats amirite?

    Have fun on your bulking journey. I'm not sure if you're as anal about fat/water as I am but if you are then it's a bitch. I don't know how I was ever 14%, I really don't. If I ever got that high again I would rail lines and smoke cigarettes until I came back down.

    i am feeling like a fatty right now and like I said I'm probably around 10%. I wouldn't let myself go higher than this, don't really see a point to, and also I'm not sure my body is even capable of it :rofl:

    I cut from 155-142 because i'm experiencing with my weight to see what how low i need to cut to be at a low% bodyfat and maintain. so far i havent lost any strength at all, i'll probably maintain here for a while and then probably bulk a bit

    oh and thanks a lot for the comments guys! thanks for the comments about what i need to work on as well, i'll definitely be pushing those areas (as well as just overall) harder

    edit: ok i admit, ive also tried to lean up a bit for summer :wtc: however the weight drop from 155-142 wasnt that bad and it helped get rid of a lot of bloat and water, i look more solid now overall
