    so i have been lifting for about 2 months now.
    this is in may 06

    and this is today after the gym july 16th 06.

    the before is from vegas... i saw the pics and said "fucking gross" and started to get myslef on a diet and a gym memebership.
    and i know there not the best pics, but you can get a good idea of what i came from.

    honestly, you've made pretty good progress from these terrible example pics, keep working broly.

    thanks guys! i plan to keep it up, im trying to work on my diet and add more to my routine when i have time (i work 12-16 hour shifts 5 days a week in the ER)

    if you take progress pics, do so with the same pose. trying to compare with a relaxed and partially flexed pic is folly.

    i know, but i dont have any pre pics. so thats why i had to use the only one i could find in pretty much the same position and shirt type.

    next time i post progress pics this "after" pics will be my pre pic... ok?

    your before pic is a candid, and your after pic youre flexing your traps. a relaxed front pose would have been more suitable.

    did you read what i posted? a relaxed front pose, as your AFTER shot, would have been more suitable. oh wait, i meant, jump back in time, do a different pic, then post it.

    thanks, i saw you're pics in a thread and i hope to get around that size in a year or two. i just need to find a better routine.

    no roids at all! 3-4 hours a day 5-6 days a week at the gym.
    with a diet of 1 1/2 chicken breats with 3-4 cups of broc two times a day.

    Are you only eating two meals a day?

    Read the stickies.

    From the one at the top of the board.
    " so 150 lbs of lean body mass for a moderately active person = [10 x 150 + 500] X 1.6 + .10(10 x 150 + 500) = 3400 calories

    If you are cutting you should intake about .85 X your maintence calories or 2890 in the example above.

    Your protien intake should be around 1.5 grams per lb of lean body mass. For the above example this would be 225g per day.

    You(r) protien and calories for the day should be split into 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day. Each meal should have some protein.

    To key to getting your diet fixed, is preparation. If you have lots of good food sitting around and no shitty food, you’ll be less likely to eat shitty food.'

    jesus fuck... you'd look so much better right now if you had been on a good diet and spent less time in the gym. I can't even fathom how much muscle you've lost


    fix it up and your gains will be even more impressive. lookin good, tho

    You grow out of the gym. You need to take off days unless your goal is overtraining. What's your routine like ? 3-4 hours seems like a damn long time. You experienced some nice gains but to continue you might want to do something proven.
