    I'm 5"7, and naturally small built so 6 months ago decided enough is enough, i was sick of floating around my gf's weight :o

    I'm somewhat a noob with the F/N talk but lurk here alot.

    OT is the best motiovation :coolugh:

    basically i think the best way which worked for me was to draw up a huge chart/calender which i stuck up on my wall so i could see it everyday next to my mirror with every day filled out of what i did and how much i weighed, that has kept me motivated and clear on what I wanted to achieve.

    On the physical side of things, I joined the gym and started playing footy, whilst upping my diet to anything i could get my hands on, and drinkin whey shakes post workout etc

    all the stuff in the weight-gainers handbook, i've pretty much tried to do :x:

    Not RLY, all the fitness firsts are dominating the land, hard to find a place that is not all chocked up with posers and commercialised programs

    I'm from north/west so i tend to stick to the ones in my area

    thanks man, yeah i took the recent pics tonight so couldn't replicate the daylight of the previous pics, maybe i should have taken em in the morning :dunno:

    yeah mate, as the pic says, 132 - 154 in 5-6 months

    i'm stuck on 154 :o

    Definately a difference. Keep it up and you haven't put on a lot of extra fat which is a good thing as well.

    The lighting in the after picture is different, so you'll appear bigger no matter what, but overall, it does look like you put on some mass.

    not sure about calories, my metabolism is crazy, i can fluctuate 2kgs overnight but takes me twice as long to get back...so i pretty much eat anything in sight, but i prefer good lean fresh food so i know i'll never be fat :o

    so these days i'm just trying to claw back up to my peak cuz i think my body is saying :nono: to the rapid weight gain...gosh it was good when i saw the weight go up

    thanks. I'm beginning to get a gut (can no longer put my socks on without taking a long breath :o ) so i've hit the abs twice as hard now, it's the only area i haven't really worked on cuz i never gain much there...till now

    yeah the lighting certainly does play around abit, i'll try get day pics tomorrow

    good job... i don't see how you guys gain so much weight in one year and wonder how much of that is lean muscle

    i gain about a pound every month and my strength goes up with it
