Ok, the first pic is me during a small break due to a injured rotator cuff.

    Second is now.

Big chest broly's how do I blast my chest?
    My routine-

Warm up on bike for 3 minutes to get the heart rate up

    Flat bench-
    135x10 twice
    185x10
    225x8
    295x1
    315x1
    Incline DB-
    60x10 twice
    80x10
    100x8
    Flys-
    20x10 4times
    Cables-
    55x10
    60x10
    65x10
    70x10

I mix it up a little but you get the idea. I can lift a decent amount but my chest stays small :wtc:

Any help would be appreciated, also how much protein or any advice on diet. Thanks in advance.

    over there, no here
that looks like a good sized chest.
want it more defined or stronger?
looks like your bench numbers should be higher, so id focus on tri movements more, cut the cables out, and maybe do BB inclines instead of DB.
however, if you just want to look good, start doing dips and flat db presses and db flys

lol yea i actually used to do decline but after my injury it gives me pain so I steered away from it for a while. Do you think that is the reason? I dont know how much truth this has to it but this dude at my gym told me that decline was bad because its in an awkward position and that its not recommended anymore. He said it was made long before new research was done and now no one really does. He wasnt big or anything though:dunno: so i dont know where he got that from.
