Progress pics from my last cut.

    I forgot to post these up earlier. I cut for ~3 months prior to my wedding (had to be in peak shape for the honeymoon :kdubb:). I completely underestimated how much fat I needed to lose...it amazes me how much fat I can carry on my frame :rofl::hs:. Both pics are completely relaxed and were taken first thing after I woke up. Unfortunately, I was not focusing on vascularity :o

    I didn't have my body fat measured, but I was taking caliper readings on my stomach (you can see some slight red marks up and to the right of my belly button in the picture on the left...that's where I was taking the readings). I went from 38mm to 15mm.

    Average macros-

    Calories: 2350 (started at 2500/day, ended at 2000/day)
    Fat: 77
    Carbs: 157
    Protein: 261

    Edit: Used the correct ending picture this time.

    damn 3 months to drop that much weight?

    I started my cut on August 1st and I am down from 193 to 175 as of last night.

    i have been stacking the supps i got from AIFM and a clean diet

    The last time I cut for 3 months I lost 28lb and could have lost more had I actually done some cardio.

    I was trying to maintain what little muscle mass I had gained prior to that, so I only did cardio towards the very end and my caloric deficit wasn't too big. I was holding onto my muscle mass for dear life :noes:

    Worked pretty well too...a lot of my lifts went up (deadlift PR went from 370->385) and a few stayed the same.

    I didn't bulk up that much. I was always really skinny fat, with an emphasis on the "fat." Later on I'll post some overall progress pics including pics from when I first started. It will give these pictures some much-needed context :o

    Yeah you're definitely leaner - there are visible abs now. If you shaved and tanned a bit you'd have a proper 6 pack. You did a good job with the cut IMO.

    Once you're a bit leaner and you're happy, the next stage is a SLOOW bulk to add some more muscle to your frame. Don't go back to looking like the picture ont he left again.

    Looks like u did a good job on the cut phase. IMHO you should try to bulk up a little. Like you do look leaner but if you can put more weight but stay that lean it would look much better.

    But good job on the cut.

    looks good bro. When I get down to that low bf i'm definitely shaving my chest beard and hitting the tanning bed so I can more easily get my cock stroked by hot bitches.

    Definitely going to be clean-bulking for a while...probably 6 months or so, then I'll cut down to around 10% body fat.

    If only it was that simple!

    I remember just thinking "another 10lbs of muscle and lose 10lbs of fat and I'll be fine" but those goals just keep on changing.


    And yeah, a slow bulk - fill out the arms, chest and shoulders a bit more will look MUCH better. Lots of people have six packs.. but a good 6 pack with a bit more shoulder width, bigger arms etc.. looks a LOT better even if you're not wanting to be into full-on bodybuilding.
