    Well after getting back into the weightlifting game after a year off, here are the last 3 months of work. I've put on 12 pounds, my goal is to be 175 by around February. :hs:

    My bench is currently around 205 and my squat around 260 ( :hs: )

    Hoping to be around 240 bench and 315 squat by March or April. My bench in the beginning of the year was at like 135 :ugh: and I just started doing squats again since my knee was hurt.

    So, how's my progress look?

    I do a 4 day upper/lower split with a basic 5x5 for bench, squat and deadlift. Seems to work well. It's a little more complex than that but that's the basics of it.

    Also, during my bulk I've been taking in around 4000 calories a day and a little over my weight in grams of protein.

    I supplement ON 100% Whey, a multivitamin and just started up on creatine.

    How tall are you? and from what I can tell from the first picture, you're looking better already

    I'm somewhere between 5'8 and 5'9.

    I do military/shoulder press everytime I do upper body. I also do shrugs. What else would you recommend?

    so you just do 1 exercise for shoulders and 1 for traps?

    Well flat and incline bench too, though that doesn't specifically hit teh delts. :hs:

    What else should I do?

    i wouldnt count that as a shoulder exercise, but my shoulders are sore sometimes after chest day.

    i do 2 or 3 press exercies, front raises, side raises, and a rear delt exercise. that will make them blow up

    what kind of excercises remove the ginger from you?


    I would suggest doing those.

    seated rear delt raises have produced excellent results for me
