Before @243 After @192 This is my 6 month progress. i'm doing great I think. here's my question. I havent started working out/cardio yet because i like watching my numbers go down. I'm afraid even if im just toning I wont see my numbers drop as rapidly, and watching my weight drop is helping me to keep going. So should I keep just dieting until I hit the weight I want or should I start woking out as well?
