Well, I haven't posted any pictures of me on here before, in fact, I have been laying low. I have been taking pics of myself every month for the past 8 months to show my own progress, and I feel now is a half way decent time to actually show them.

I was lazy for 3 months of it. I didn't work out, but I stayed true to my diet.

    Now, first, some stats:

    Before:

    Height: 5'11"
    Weight: 210lbs
    Waist 38"

    After:

    Height: 5'11"
    Weight: 165
    Waist: 32"

I am still nowhere near where I want to be, but I am working on it.

Yeah, I would say I have about another 10lbs to go. Before I start a bulk. I probably lost some muscle a bit during the whole weight loss, but thats ok. I am working on it.

I am working on alot more cardio in my routine, running actually. I was never a very good runner, so thats been a big goal for me.

My end goals would be to not be much larger than I am, just a little bit of bulk. I definitely don't want to be scary skinny, just healthy / athletic. I was in nearly every sport during my high school days, but after highschool things went downhill. Grande Mocha Frapp's every morning doesn't do the job too well. But whatever, my diet is changed for good and thats the most important part. 8 months of continually eating the same way has really helped, and its not like it was that big of a life change really.
