    I went from 260 to 198 in 6.

    Once I hit 180, I'm going to jump up to 2500cals/day and see how that goes, and start lifting heavier.

    start lifting now,

    you'll burn more fat with more muscle and you look good weight wise now

    dropping that next 20 if you wanna lift may not be worth it.

    Can't go heavy while eating only 2000cals/day, just doesn't work right. :dunno:

    Eat some more and go heavy then. Try doing high weight and low reps. Spread it over a bunch of sets.

    I'm just saying, you can continue to lose weight at the same rate but just eat a bit more and counter it with heavier weights in the gym

    Looking good, but you could lose a few more onces by shaving (buzzing) your head too man, it's the in look anyways :hs:

    actually i was thinking how i lost 50 lbs in senior year of HS, but i ate like shit... not the right way.

    I know a dude who also lost a ton (50+ lbs) but he did it on hard pretzels and diet coke for a summer :wtf:

    he's fat again :mamoru:
