    well ive decided to post a picture from like 3 months ago for me... but w/e current stats are my max is 235 for bench i can dl around 290 and my squat i dunno i rep at 250 those are my 3 biggys

    i still lack a lot of defenition tho... in this pic my max was probably 190ish for bench

    err my weight was probably like 170ish in this picture

    ehh mine are already posted in a thread still on pg1 of this forum, no need to repost.

    i'm still not sure what is going on in your 2nd post though. how can we critique your progress when you've only posted 1 picture?

    around 175lbs. Was sick the week before and lost about 10lbs :wtc:

    Thanks.. Im working on trying to get bulk now. When i was in the Army I never touched any weights. Just lots of pushups, etc.
