    neck is only 16"... would like to keep it that way for my expensive dress shirts

    surgery took place on jan 31, 2007... just got back doing outdoor runs/squats/deads recently

    more wide grip? sarcasm?




    thanks all... in those short 7-weeks i've focused more on delts and lower lats more... also running outside helped a lot

    no sarcasm. But no flames either. Lats look a little out of size, but it could also be bad posing too. I still can't do it very well.

    yeah i can't pose... thought it was funny since wg pullups are my staple exercise for back... maybe i could try even wider...

    I didn't know that. Same for me. at least 50 every back day. I wouldn't change shit then. Maybe add weight but when I did that, it destroyed my elbows. I was doing 12 with a 45 but then I couldn't bend my arms the next day.

    pretty good man...

    yeah i do them with weights too... most of my injuries come from weighted pullups... most i did so far was 90 for 2 and 65 for 5...

    looking good man looking good. even with the surgery. i know if i went through a massive operation, I'd either balloon up or drop a ton of muscle mass
