    1 week ago I did:

    Bench 195x5
Squat 195x5 (working on my form)
    Deadlift 195x5
Incline Bench 180x5 (needed help from a spotter on my 5th one)

    This week:

Bench 200x5 (needed help from spotter on 5th rep)
    Squat 235x5 (did 6 sets)
    Deadlift 215x5
Incline DB 50x10 (there was a guy doing 120lb dumbells, I felt so inferior :wtc:)

No incline bench yet since that's on Friday. Goal is to pull off 180x5 with no help from the spotter on the 5th rep.

How tall are you? Also if you can bench 195 I would think you could deadlift alot more than your bench :dunno:

5'10" I started deadlifts not too long ago (about 4 weeks now). My first week I was barely able to pull 135 without injuring my self :hsugh:

Wednesday I switched it up since I suck at pullups and I don't like bent over rows because I seem to be placing too much emphasis on the bicepts.

    Shoulder press: 105x8 :wtc:
    Machine Pull downs: 150x10
That one machine that resembles bent over rows: 200x5

    Today I did:

Incline Bench: 180x5 all me baby, no assistance, going for 185 next week. :hsd:
Squats: 205x8, form slipping on the last 3 reps, need to work more on that :o
    Good Mornings: 90x12
    Tricep Extensions: 60x10

I feel I may be overworking my triceps since they seem to be my limiting factor on the bench and shoulder press. Is there any food or vitamin that will speed up recovery time?

    Squat: 245x5 (+10)
    Deadlift: 225x5 (+10)
    Bench: 190x5 (-5)

I'm changing my routine, I feel my triceps/chest are being overworked, they've been sore for the past 3 weeks non-stop.
