When I got serious about lifting again, after taking time off for about 8 months, I measured my chest and arms for fun. Both measurements were taken cold, pre workout. I took measurements today, again cold, and this is what I found!

    3 months ago....current chest 41.33 in chest 44.1 in

    3 months ago....current biceps 12.9 in biceps 16.5 in

I can't beleive I have added over 3.5 inches to my biceps!!! :eek3:

Not very much if any. I cut to 170lbs before I started lifting again, and now am up to 195lbs taking supps and lifting like a madman.

UNfortunately I didn't take measurements before :( Just to give you an idea though, I was 150 lbs!!! I have a scrawny pic of me where it looks like my arms are about 8 inches around.
