in 8 weeks using the routine in the stickied thread.

the guy that took the measurement said it was right under 19 but i figured 19 would be fine. is that good progress? i did the routine then did 33 minutes of cardio after the lift session.

I was kinda let down when i found out it was only a little over 1% considering i've been busting my ass, but my diet on the weekends isn't as clean as it could be.

No pics because i've got full on man tits :(

In two months you accomplished what many "gym rats" accomplish in 6 months. Be proud.

pretty shitty results, to be honest.

at that % you should be losing weight, not gaining

What the fuck, are you fucking retarted? :hsugh::hsugh:

I'd agree that he should be cutting, but if the man managed to gain over 10 lbs of lbm and not go up in bf% (which is not plausible in my mind) that is some bowdown fucking progress right there.

    13lbs of LBM in 8 weeks ?

it's hard enough trying to gain in 1 year.

I'm honestly not trying to bulk, i've been pretty good about keeping my cals down to around ~2100 a day with a 40/30/30 split (p/c/f). it's not always perfect but i try my best by planning ahead. when i'm in the gym i'm really pushing myself pretty hard and i weigh myself after every lift session. Weight has steadily gone up 1lb or so a week and i was getting mad because i thought i was gaining weight.

I almost don't want to believe that i could have gained 13 lbs of LBM in 8 weeks, because that seems somewhat impossible. Maybe i should get measured again.

sorry bro but you didnt gain 13 pounds of muscle in 2 months. Unless your jacked to the sky on GH and gear ronnie coleman style and even then it's a strech.

I'm sure you made some good gains though. Quit focusing on "weight" it's an unreliable measurement of progress most of the time. The mirror will tell you how your comming along.
