Is there a program out there that I can "get" whereby I can select a number of programs that are consistantly running in the background (Windowblinds, NOD32, etc) and turn them off with 1 click so I can free up some RAM to get better performace during game playing, and then turn them all back on when I'm done?

Right now I'm running at about 45% being used of 512Mb DDR PC3200. Getting this number down to about 25-30% would benefit me, correct? Or should I not even worry about it, as I wouldn't notice a difference way? :dunno:
