So I started back in January, but really didnt take any progress pics until the end of March, start of April... which these pics are from:

ib lat work, I know.. I know, suggestions? I started Christophers routine 2 weeks ago (just started my 3rd week today), so it's a work in progress I suppose. I also sorta would like to get firmer pecs as well.. always seem to be hard to obtain. Overall, pecs and lats have been the hardesst to develop for some reason, IMO. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Just started them back up with C's routine:o

They're a work in progress, but nothing special, yet. Although my numbers have increased surprisingly fast on my dead & squat.

looks great man. Your current state is where I hope to reach. How strict have you been with your diet? You been putting in 200g protien 7 days a week since March?

so you made all that progress and still are and you change your routine? I can still grow today on the routine i used 15 years ago. Most old school pros and BB'ers still do the same routine for most of the year. If your progessing why would you ever change...this is where so many of you fall off

Thanks. I haven't been too "strict" with my diet, I do however make sure I watch calories, fats, and protein. During the week I'm usually the best with watching what I eat, but on the weekend I will usually drink on a Friday or Saturday and sometimes tend to ease up on watching what I eat.

As far as protein, I've been around 200-225g a day during the week (workout days) and on weekends I'll have a 50g shake once a day, and the rest coming from food... prolly around 125:dunno:

It does.. and I've become a lot better with what I eat, which is a huge part. Recently I started eating egg whites and a wheat english muffin for breakfest, instead of the usual cereal (shredded wheat). I wish I could be more strict on the weekends... with summer ending and people going back to school, I think it should get better.

Once I get my legs built up more (maybe October), I might start cycling creatine.

Before I started christopher's routine I had been doing isolation... Mondays: chest & tris, Tuesday: back, Wednedays: bi's and forearms, Thursdays: shoulders... and you'll notice I wasn't doing any legs (cause on injury). I noticed I hadn't been gaining results with weight, so I switched routines... and now am incorporating squats, deadlights, good mornings, lunges, etc. Prior, I hadn't had much of a routine. I usually don't like change, so I plan on sticking with c's routine for awhile now.
