I need help setting up proftpd under Debian 3..

I've installed and (thought) configured properly. When I try to start the service, I get "No Certificate Files Found!"

I'm unsure what to do at this point. Upon doing some research, looks like I need to load up OpenSSL and run a script after its installed. I tried to install, but its already there, however none of the default paths exist, etc..

    Kind of lost. Anyone?

Mine says that too every time it starts.....it is just a notification, not an error. The daemon starts and should be running fine.

open up your proftp.conf and set TLSEngine and TLSRequired to off for any of the defined directories that have it and/or under the <IfModule mod_tls.c> definition. Optionally, you can choose to provide an RSA and x509 cert so that you can have encrypted control and data traffic.
