I bought the software about a year and a half ago, but never installed it until just now. When I try to register online, I get an error message. Neither of the telephone numbers work either. I have heard that this company went out of business.:noes: Does anyone know what I can do. If you register by phone they give you a password. Maybe someone can share theirs with me. :x:

They closed up shop. I am sure if you search on Google for an "alternative registration method" you could probably find something.

Yup. The MPAA gave them the fatal shaft. They closed up a while ago now.

Go find DVDShrink and/or DVD Decryptor. They are free and better.

the program is illigal to use.. end of story. anything that disables or bypasses dvd encryption is not legal for import into the USA.

Not legal for import? Good thing it was a product of the USA.

it was shutdown because it was illigal in the USA. Decrypting an encrypted DVD to your hard drive, or to another DVD without paying royalties isn't allowed, unfortunatly.

Of course, I fight for the right to make an ARCHIVE copy (not a fan of piracy), but that's the law right now.
