I have a 3000+ AMD64 939 and a Chaintech VNF4/ULTRA mobo. I havent gotten a chance to isolate and consolidate yet but I screwed with it a little bit. Thing is that when the mem is set to 1:1 I can get my computer to post up to ~220 HTT @ 4x HT. I should be able to get up to 440Mhz mem speed, right? But this is strange... When I set the mem to 166 and raise the clock to 245 which is still below the max speed for the memory it will not post and will reset to defaults after about 15 seconds. But if I set it to 133 it will work. Any idea what could be happening?

What type of memory are you using? That is strange. What are the timings on your memory?
