Problems deleting a file...

    hey guys. I'm having trouble deleting a file. It says the usual
    However, there are no programs open using that file. Actually, there are no programs open at all :wtf: :confused: is there a way to bypass this and delete through DOS or something :o Please help! :x: :bigthumb:

    BTW: its a video file.

    Have you tried restarting? I remember having trouble like that before, but when I restarted, the file was gone.

    If you have the detailed view open in exlporer it may be trying to look at the file to obtain the resolution, and run length info that it puts in the columns on the right. Let the window sit open for a couple minutes then try to delete it. Also make sure all P2P apps are closed, I know sometimes kazaa will have access to a file when it is neither bieing uploaded or downloaded.
