i'm in the reserve. They pressure me into using all of my vacation time for my AT....and while i'm on AT, they went ahead without my permission and edit my timesheet and used my personal time since i didn't have enough vacation time to cover the 2 weeks.

I was angry but what sets me off is when i request for friday off, they denied my request because i don't have any "accrued time" left. (well maybe because you forced me to use my vacation time and personal time on my AT)

I don't care, i'm taking off tihs friday anyway and if they write me up for it, i'm going to go postal.

call your units PA shop and ask for the ESGR ombudsman.

Hit your employer back as hard as you can. I wouldn't tolerate that. I'm AD so I don't know who you have to talk to to get this straightened out, but I'd go as far as to get a lawyer if necessary.

You are not allowed to take time off without pay from your civilian job for military pay......thats illiegal as hell to "force" you into using your personal time.....but then again its great to double dip on my military days :naughty:
