I hooked up a new LCD yesterday and now I am getting scrolling lines running up the screen. Anyone know how to get rid of this?

I installed the newest drivers for the video card (old video card)
    res is 1440 x 900
refresh rate is 60 hertz...which is the highest it will go. It was set at 75 with the old CRT

Does it do it at all resolutions? --> Bad monitor?

Does it only do it at 1440 x 900 --> Bad Video Card?

An LCD panel should be set at 60Hz, but they'll clock whatever they can. Mine's 1280x1024 and it can handle up to 85Hz, but there's no visible difference between 60 & 85
