are you eating plenty of healthy fats and fiberous carbs like green beans or brocolli?

btw, I did this before during summer and lost 30, never had a problem as big as this. I was tired alot but not to this extent. I never followed it as closely as this though, before I was getting around 40g., now im getting around 10g.

dont go below 50 with your carbs, they say you at least need this much just for some brain function.

you most likely just don't respond well to low carb. just eat healthy and watch your cals.

I remember reading this science journal and it was explaining that after some time your body will eventually start looking at proteins like carbs and digesting as such with a similiar response to the body.

carbs right after you wake up and post workout is fine, keep it lower on your off days and evenings.

10g per day is too low.

Doing a "low carb diet" is not as much about a low number of carbs, but more-so where those carbs are coming from. Allow your carbs to come from small portions of brown rice and high fiber/whole grain bread and fruits, and allow for larger portions of vegetables and such. If you stick to this, you can still take in 75g's of carbs a day and be perfectly fine with losing the weight.

10g's of carbs is stupid. You are putting a huge shock factor on your body that really is not necessary to lose weight.

thanks, will try more than 50 next. I think it was the carbs because I had some pasta after I made this to try to see If loading up would cure me and I feel fine now.

I'm not low carb at all - about 60-65% of my diet. But I make sure it's the right kind - brown rice, fibrous carbs, whole grains, etc. I eat most of my carbs in the morning, gradually balancing from carbs in the morning to protein in the evening (to rebuild what I tore up). It's working very nicely.

50 grams is bare minimum, threadstarter.
