When using OWA the mail server works great, but when i try to use Microsoft outlook I always get "Outlook is unable to connect to your incoming mail(pop3) server."

    Any ideas?

looks like you're trying to use POP3 as the protocol. You need to setup your profile to use an Exchange Server, and type in the server name.

what do you mean about different location? like outside your office or something? using pop3? It doesn't sound like you have the POP3 connector running in the first place since you got that error. Make sure that is running, and you should be able to get to it

either use web based exchange mail, or connect directly to the exchange server using outlook. why do you keep trying to connect using POP3 when you know it is an exchange server? :squint:
