Every time I put a CD into it, my whole computer completely freezes. It's the second drive. I'm pretty sure I installed everything correctly. So what could be the problem? It's causing my quad core set up to feel so slow.

    Thanks

    P.S.

When I load up DVDDECRYPTER it loads up that drive (it's a weird brand) and then my computer starts to become completely sluggish.

actually, both seem to be causing problems. I'm running windows XP 64 if that even matters.

I run DVD decrypter and it's bogging my computer down severely. I even have it set to one CPU affinity and low priority yet it still bogs my computer completely. Everything freezes for a long time.

    Sata drives?

If so, I don't think DVD Decrypter was ever setup for sata.
