About a month and a half ago, I was doing a shoulder workout where I strained the left part of my shoulders. At first, I thought it was no big deal -- until I started doing my normal chest workout. When I do flat bench, a sharp pain comes through the part I strained and I really can't do a full flat bench workout. The thing is, when I do incline/decline workouts or even if I do shoulder workouts, there is no pain. The pain only comes when I do flat bench. This has been going on ever since I strained my shoulders. What does OT suggest I do?
