Problem opening a saved file

    Ok s i have a file on a disk that is saved but everytime i open it it freezes power point and makes it not respond....this is the only place it is saved on..... does anyone know how i can get this to open without it freezing powerpoint? ive tried on 3 different computers now

    You mean saved on a floppy disk ? in this case it could be damaged and the file has been corrupted and make powerpoint crash.

    Depending on the version of office, there should be an open and repair option in Powerpoint (Little down arrow next to the open dialog box).

    I'd at least try to copy the file to your machine first.
