Hey Mac crew, I'm on my G4 iBook and i'm having problems loading up some people's myspace pages...mostly the ones w/ embedded video and stuff. the mouse pointer turns into one the spinny rainbow thingy and my Firefox or Safari windows freeze up. Anybody know whats up? :o

    use safari
    hit apple + comma
    go to the security tab
    uncheck the first box

yep, most pages have embedded videos that use WMP10, which is not currently supported by the mac yet. but doing what pineapple said removes the ability for those to play and you won't ever get a screen crash...but you can't do IM's without plug-ins enabled.
