I have 3 tattoos that have yellow and it never lasts.:wtc: Is there a yellow that has more staying power that I could talk to my current artist about? I've been told that yellow doesn't usually hold well.
and FYI..my tattoo's are not exposed to sun, I followed after care recommendations similar to the ones on the stickys here and the tattoo's were done by 3 different artist in 3 different states with 15+ years experience (each) and excellent reputations. This makes me think that it is either my body chemistry or the nature of the yellow ink. Any helpful suggestions would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks in advance!

It could just be your body. Get your current artist to look into Canary Yellow from Papillion/Fairweather. It's a European based company and its what my shops used for years now. I'll check today and see what other ones we've used.

Part of my back tattoo is yellow. I've had it for 2 years and it's just as bright as it was when I got it :dunno:
