Pro Street's building/gaining log

    I'm under the unusal situation in that I need to gain weight to build mass.

    so today, 3/12/05, I'm changing from 3 meals + 1 snack per day, to 5 solid meals containing starches, whey, and other ingredients in order to gain weight.

    I started this actually last week. I weigh myself in the same clothes, at the same time of day, and after "expelling" things.

    Current stats:

    Age: 25
    Height: 5'11"
    Starting Weight: 135
    Current Weight 137

    Goal: 150-160 by my birthday (July 4th).

    I plan on also doing a daily regiment of push-ups and situps, I don't have access to any weight equipment right now.

    Eat a ton and try to find access to weights, they are imperative to weight gain.
